Q: Can't connect to iTunes Store, as soon as I click on the app it starts to upload then switches back to my home page, I've tried turning off and on the phone and that didn't work.

    I have the exact same issue with my iPhone 5S. Suddenly iTunes store does not work, tried turning off the phone and switching it back on a few times - nothing.

     

    tried turning off the app and switching it back on, nothing ... synced with my laptop's itunes to make sure nothing went wrong on the phone - all is fine.

     

    For some reason the iTunes Store app just stopped opening/working.

    I had this issue and signed out of itunes store and the app then opened

    Thank you. Signing out of iTunes solved this issue in my iPhone 5S. Now I can open the app again. 

     

    I signed out of iTunes in Settings -> iTunes & App Store -> tap on my email address on the top -> option to "Sign Out" appears.
