I've a financial problem that I tryed to buy LONGMAN app 29$ then it didn't complete downloading BUT u withdrew mony 3 times!!!!!! about 90$ withdrew !!!!!

I don't know why !!

Go to https://expresslane.apple.com ; click 'See all products and services' at the bottom of the page. In the next page select 'iTunes', and then 'iTunes Store', then 'Purchases, Billing & Redemption'.
