Life is short enough - so no sense bursting a blood vessel over the little stuff. You'll get Mavericks in short order anyway, so go relax for a bit and try again later (its not like its a limited time offer and will go away later).

Oct 22, 2013 12:10 PM in response to Sommer86clothingby treemusic,Tells me that Maverick can't be downloaded onto my computer. I have a 2008 Macbook. I thought this update was supposed to be backwards compatible down to 2007 macbooks. No?
Also, the 'learn more' support page takes me to Mountain Lion, which I already knew was not compatible with early 2008 Macbooks.

My understanding is that Maverick is supposed to go further back in compatibility. Where did you find those specs?
Thanks.
