Search the App Store for PDF apps. There are many of them available. I like Adobe Reader. It is free, and it will annotate, highlight, sign pdf's, read form fields, create folders, rename files, etc.
Some interesting reading here.

Oct 23, 2013 6:03 AM in response to Demoby Emmmm123456,Thanks - I have adobe reader, which stores the PDFs (without having to clearly save them) and having looked at it, it does allow me to email them and stuff, however not sure how to get them into drop box? Should this be obvious?!
