Oct 23, 2013 7:03 PM in response to Jesusinside68by Wayne Contello,★HelpfulI do not see a way (natively) to deal with this. You can post a comment to Apple using the menu item "Number > Provide Number Feedback"
As a follow on (work around) you could add a small table that you leave near the area of interest, then you can select that table to "jump" to that spot using the sheet menu:
In this example "Table 2" was my marker table

I can't confirm your observation. When I save with a down-table cell selected and close, the document reopens exactly as it was when I closed it.

Oct 23, 2013 7:24 PM in response to Jesusinside68by Jerrold Green1,★HelpfulWell, if I have a table with many rows and if I am scrolled to one of the rows far down the table, and I select a cell in that far-down row, then Save the document and Close it, I find the same cell selected and in view when I reopen the document.
Is that clear?

Oct 23, 2013 7:32 PM in response to Jerrold Green1by Jesusinside68,Yes, I understand now.
Very interesting, I don't have tables in my spreadsheet but I can easily change a few things to give this a try.
Thanks for your help.

Oct 23, 2013 7:59 PM in response to Jerrold Green1by Jesusinside68,I just experimented and put a table at the end of one of my spreadsheets and it worked, when I open it up the cursor is in the table where I last was at.
This will work out great for what I'm doing.
Thanks
