How can I get a custom format of 5529 x 1080 in Final Cut Pro 7?

I am in the process of starting a new project and I need a very specific format.

 

How can I get a custom format of 5529 x 1080 in Final Cut Pro 7?

I have created a custom profile and imput the format however, when I launch

FCP the format defaults to 4096 x 1080.

 

I am hopeing someone can help me.
