I reinstalled the operating system (clean install snow leopard and upgrade to mavericks) with no luck. Putting it to sleep actually takes longer! It was fine when running snow leopard.

I have the same problem. Yesterday I did a clean install of Mavericks and am re-installing apps and moving folders from my TIme Machine one at a time. However, with very little software re-installed, I'm still getting 30 second sleep times, and my terminal thing looks very similar to yours.
I can't find any clear information on what com.apple.apsd means beyond that it has something to do with push notifications. Can anyone help?

I am having the same sort of issues with MBP running Mavericks 10.9.1
I keep seeing things like AddressBookSour or DNs things.
Could it be something with iCloud?
