It looks like an issue with your hard drive or the SATA connector, which is worse. Was the MacBook connected to its charger when you ran Apple Hardware Test? If not, connect it and run Apple Hardware Test. Make sure you run the extended test.
If it keeps giving an error, make a backup of your data with Time Machine and take the MacBook to an Apple Store or reseller

First Discussion: Although bought it 6 months ago, the serial number indicates that the device is out of warranty!?
But after they do their work: "There were no hardware error diagnosis. All test program available to use by the manufacturer were correctly completed. It was found quite easily corrupted file system and a few incorrect user rights ( both in terms of software) that have been fixed during the diagnostic charge."
How am i supposed to interpret my own hardware test reasonable?
