Help? Spoke with Apple tech support 2 days ago, then battery started draining very fast so made more changes. Today it went from full to red by 3pm, doing nothing!  Never happened before ios7.  Will anything REALLY work?

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.2

Something may have gone amiss in the upgrade to iOS 7 on your iPhone.

To correct this follow these steps:

Backup your iPhone using iTunes or iCloud.

Use iTunes to completely restore your iPhone as new.

Monitor battery usage to see if it is normal. If not, you may have a hardware problem - if so, contact Apple support.

Restore your iPhone from your backup above.

Check battery usage to confirm that it is normal.
