I have installed Mavericks and ios7 and set everything up to sync keychain.  Keychain is now on my devices, but doesn't sync when I add a new login and password in keychain on my Mac.  Any suggestions?

The Apple ID you are using on iOS devices must be the same for iCloud keychain.

Double check on your Mac that System Preferences > iCloud > Keychain is enabled.  Also check in iOS Settings > Safari that Names and Passwords is enabled and Always Allow if you're comfortable with that.  Check in iOS Settings > iCloud that Keychain is set to ON.

It is likely you don't have iCloud keychain sync enabled on all your devices.  It takes some work to check it, and generally you must do a 2-factor authorization every time you enable a new device.

Go to your iCloud settings on each Mac and iOS device and see that iCloud keychain sync is enabled.  If it isn't, then turn it on and follow the long list of steps to get it enabled.

I've done everything suggested and passwords loaded on my phone, but new ones added on my Mac don't show up on my phone. My other device is original iPad and I know it won't work on that device.
