I am currently moving my Bootcamp partition from a 13 inch Macbook Air 2012 to a 13 inch Macbook Air 2013 using Winclone 4.  I managed to create the bootcamp partition, restore my Windows 7 64bit winclone image onto the newer version computer and actually boot into Windows.   At first, I had no use of the trackpad or the keyboard, but after some research and a terminal edit suggested by Winclone and I was back in business.   Here begins the problem.  I ran the bootcamp assistant from the new computer to get the Windows support drivers and put them on an ms-dos formatted thumb drive.  I execute them in Bootcamp and no matter what I do, I get "This version of Boot Camp is not intended for this computer model".  They were the ones created by the very same computer, I don't understand why it gives me this error message.  I looked all over the internet, I tried several different things that people suggested such as editing the msi package, to running in compatability mode but nothing works.  I even tried running the individual drivers but they don't all load.   This i extremely frustrating since there appears to be no other way to move a Bootcamp partition to another computer and make it work than Winclone.   And, in reality, it did it's job.  It allowed me to save a Windows image and put it on another computer.  It's this dang boot camp windows support drivers that are the issue.  Any ideas on what I can try to get these to load.  I really do not want to start from scratch.   It took me forever to get Windows set up exactly the way I wanted, I hate the thought of having to redo absolutely everything.

Thanks

P.S.  Mavericks on both computers

MacBook Air, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2), Mac Mini 2012
