Assuming you are using Safari (Apple's web browser), click on Safari in the Menu Bar, then Preferences. Choose the Privacy tab on top. Click "Remove all website data" and follow the directions there.

Thank you for taking the time to respond. I tried your clear instructions. I still cant get into the iTunes store. It continues to ask for my log in info.

One more easy thing to try is Safari > Reset Safari from the same Safari menu you used above.
Who knows ... maybe that will work for you.
