If you haven't already, you can try resetting your computer's SMC, which you can read about here:

Yep tried this and the message was still there.
the system is incredibly unstable crashes about twice a day and requires a hard shutdown.
in despiration I found a number of sites which have reference to this with the beta versions of 10.9 but this is the full version. I have just down graded the AppleSMC.kext as described as a fix for the beta versions and the message has stopped but this is not a real fix ....
not sure on system stability yet the crashes are all over the place in all honesty no single issue at the moment which i can find in teh logs.
