Well, iOS 7.0.3 is available, it is the latest iOS. Is a reset the only thing that you have done as far as troubleshooting is concerned? There are two more steps in the user troubleshooting group for users. I don't understand how now seeing the screen after answering a call is a problem. When you bring the phone up to your ear after answering a call, the screen is supposed to turn off. While it sounds as if you have a number of problems, not everyone is experiencing this some behavior. To successfully troubleshoot, you need to follow all of the steps.
