I worked several hours on my weeding book and now I am trying to buy a photo book in Aperture and I keep getting the error "try again later".

I tried several times for few days and nothing happens...

Is this service still alive ?

Any luck, yet? I assume you are on Aperture 3.5 on Mavericks.

The "try again" error can have several reasons.

    • Your book may contain images that cannot be rendered.  Have you checked, if Aperture can create a pdf-preview? If that fails, you have included unprintable images and need to remove them, see: iPhoto, Aperture: Previewing an order in iPhoto or Aperture
Keep your preview for later reference.
    • There may be a problem with your AppleID: Your credit card must be valid in the country of the AppleStore you are buying from. The password of your AppleID and the answers to your security settings must be acceptable to Apples security standards, long enough and complicated enough.
    • Your billing address must be coorect. Check, if your zip-code is written correctly - no abbriviations.
    • A firewall or antivirus filter may be causing timeouts. Your energy saver may have caused timeouts by putting your mac to sleep while uploading. Disable Little snitch, anto AV filters, your energy saver.
