Oct 27, 2013 5:42 PM in response to fcosilvasby Llessur999,I understand that the problem is that the password must be the same with which activate the iphone.
That is not correct. The Apple ID must be the same. You might have changed the password since the phone was originally activated, or reset the password. That is fine. For more information about activation lock, read this.

Oct 31, 2013 8:37 AM in response to fcosilvasby KiltedTim,If you do not know the Apple ID that was used to lock the phone to begin with, there is NO WAY to unlock it.

Oct 31, 2013 1:07 PM in response to fcosilvasby KiltedTim,You DO or you DO NOT know the Apple ID? Which is it?
If you have problems communicating in English, then post in your native language.

Oct 31, 2013 1:31 PM in response to fcosilvasby KiltedTim,If you know the Apple ID that was used to activate it originally, then WHAT is the problem? Is it YOUR Apple ID? If it is, and you do not remember the password, you can reset it at iforgot.apple.com.
If it is NOT your Apple ID and you do not have access to the password, and/or the owner of the ID will not give you the password, then there is NOTHING you can do.

Nov 4, 2013 8:33 AM in response to KiltedTimby fcosilvas,I have read and done all that you have given me, however, my iphone is disabled.
Someone comes up with something else to do.
I again describe what happened:
1 - my daughter he forgot the key lock.
2 - because it restored the iphone.
3 - to restore with itunes asks me to update to IOS 7.0.3
4 - is updated fine, but when activated, it gives me errors.
5 - I have activated with the same user of the original apple.
6 - I've reset the password on countless occasions.
7-I can not activate my iphone

Exactly WHAT errors?

Nov 4, 2013 10:27 AM in response to fcosilvasby Llessur999,If you are able to use the same Apple ID with a web browser to access Apple services like iCloud and this discussion forum, that Apple ID works fine. Resetting the password will not help.
If you get the error message you previously reported on step #4: Incorrect Apple ID, xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.com cannot be used to unlock this iPhone then activation lock is using a different Apple ID. Because Find My iPhone was initially activated using a different Apple ID. You must figure out what this Apple ID is before you can activate the phone. Example: If your daughter previously enabled Find My iPhone using her own Apple ID, she should use her Apple ID to get past activation lock.

Nov 25, 2013 6:23 AM in response to fcosilvasby KiltedTim,Post in your native language or find someone to translate the responses you've gotten. You apparently don't understand English. Nothing wrong with that, but this back and forth game is pointless. If you can't answer basic questions and give accurate responses, we can't help you.
