Q: Wifi Network cannot be found on Macbook

I have tried all the suggestions in the threads I have read.  I have deleted Keychain access, restarted both the computer and the router.  I have deleted the wifi prefered networks and tried creating a new wifi network in the system preferences.  Only my two laptops (macbook and Macbook Pro) cannot find the wifi network at my house.  Two Ipads, Two iphones, and a kindle all find the network and connect with no problem.  It was working in the morning and when i came home in the afternoon the wifi network would no longer appear in the available wireless network list.  I have no idea what else to do.  I am not a techie so anything beyond what I have done is beyond my knowledge.  Any helpful recommendations put in laymans terms would be appreciated. PLLLLLEEEEEEAAAASSSSSEEEEE Help me!
