On Itunes it is the option to sync with a PC folder and it does upload the photos to the Ipod, however an option for taking photos from Ipod is not shown.

Oct 31, 2013 2:55 PM in response to lllaassby manuplc,Thanks, I realized I had a problem with Autoplay on Windows Vista. In Control Panel changed the option to Open Device to View Files.
Now it is possible to manipulate the camera folder.
