Q: downlaoded a rented film from itunes onto my laptop but can't find it anywhere to veiw the movie. please help.

I downloaded a rented movie from itunes onto my laptop that works on windows 8 but

I can't find it anywhere in the system or on itunes to be able to watch it. Can any one help?

Hello cheekythang

Check in your iTunes folder on your computer and look in the Movies folder to find the file. If it is there then drag the file on top of iTunes to start playing it. If you cannot find it, report the issue to the iTunes Store.
