    Hello alexfigueroa,

     

     

    Thanks for the question. To view or cancel a pending pre-order:

     

     

    1. Choose Store > View My Appie ID, then click Manage Pre-orders, which located in the Settings section at the bottom of the Account Information screen in iTunes on your computer.

    2. From the Mange Pre-orders screen, click the Cancel button to the right of the pre-order item you would like to cancel. You'll be asked to confirm your pre-order cancellation.

    I found Settings in my iTunes account but I do not have a link for "Manage Pre-Orders". In fact, I cannot find any links anywhere related to cancelling orders, even on the product page where I initially placed the pre-order.  I use a Mac.

    I have a quick question.  I have read two books by a certain author and now when I look at the authors name, it says that I have pre-ordered her new book coming out.  Which I did not. (but it is orange and says pre-ordered) 

     

    When I go into itunes and manage my account it doesnt show it in there.

     

    I dont want this book that is coming out, but I dont no how to stop it.

    Does it say 'pre-ordered' on a slightly greyed-out orange background e.g.

    Or the price and 'pre-order' :

    If the former then try logging out of your account (Store > Sign Out menu option) and close and re-open iTunes and then log back in and see if it shows as 'pre-ordered' in the store and/or shows at the bottom of your account's page.

    it shows orange $5.99.  and under the authors name it says in orange writing pre-order.

     

    I did sign out and sign back in but it still doesnt show in my manage account, as pe-ordered.

    If it says 'pre-order', similar to my second image on my previous post, then that means that it is available for you to pre-order (all books that are available to pre-order will show that) - if you had actually pre-ordered it then it will show similar to my first image i.e. it won't show the price, just 'pre-ordered'.
