Hey there Bariser,
It sounds like after syncing your phone some songs dont seem to be transferring over and are grayed out in the On This Phone tab in iTunes. I want to recommend a couple of things here. First, restart both your computer and your phone.
iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting
Try syncing again and if the issue persists, I would next try resyncing your music to the phone, by unchecking the Sync Music checkbox in the Music tab of iTunes when you have your phone selected, then click apply. This will remove the music from the phone.
From: iTunes 11 for Mac: Set up syncing for iPod, iPhone, or iPad
When that completes, re check the checkbox and click apply again to sync the music back to the phone.
