Q: We have stopped getting any software updates, and now we can't sync our new iPad with iTunes, b/c it won't update.  It says it's up to date, but it's still on a 10 version.

Our computer won't update.  We can't hook up a new printer, or hook up any new i-devices, b/c the software updates are not working. 

MacBook Pro (15-inch 2.4/2.2 GHz), Mac OS X (10.5.8)
