Feb 5, 2011 11:25 PM in response to TzachyBby TzachyB,Corrected it. Believe it was due to the iPod Photo Cache folder. Removing it and allowing iTunes to re-create it fix issue.
Wish iTunes would have complained or someting!

Feb 5, 2011 11:25 PM in response to TzachyBby David M Brewer,Mmm... Maybe it's having problems with one or more photos. Remove all the photos and see if the iPad syncs. If this works, place one photo back in the iTunes library and see if the works. If it does you may one or more corrupt photos. -
