Q: Hi, is there a piece of software which will enable me to speak and it will convert to text in Pages?

I have a problem with my wrist at the moment and it would be really helpful if I could dictate in to the built in mic and it came out as reasonably accurate text in Pages. Is this possible? What software do I need?
