You probably need to set up a new ID for use with iTunes Producer.

First  is to calm down and work in a logical order.

    Now you  have iTunes Connect?

If your book is considered ready  for delivery, have you  prepared 4 screen shots and  adjusted the cover/title page images to be 1400 px on the width?

Have you prepared a preview verion of your book or will you allow iTunes Producer to  select it for you?

Have you exported the final version iBook and a preview iBook if you are using one?   ( remember where they are!

Have you downloaded iTunes Producer 2.9.1  ( Ithink is current version)  if not  then open your iTunes Connect account> Deliver your Content and  download it.

I also  suggest you download the asset guides and take an hour to view the latest  video for iBA

IF / when - you have done all that open iBA and select PUBLISH and  it will open  iTunes Producer and start the delivery process.

BTW  is it free or paid?  If its paid, you need to do some more work. Open iTunes Connect> Contracts and Banking and  I suggest you walk through teh spplication and contract forms add all the info you can and  sort out anything thats missing after you close the documents without submitting.

    Good luck with your book....

Thanks for trying to hellp, and for the "calm down" stuff ;-)

However the book is ready to be loaded, which means that :

    • cover, screen shots,
    • preview version and final version

    are ready.

Specifications and contract forms have also being done with.

The question is how do I get access to iTunes Producer ?

I don't get the screen "Deliver your Content" from my iTunes Connect Screen.

And believe me, I've being looking around...

When I try to upload it from iBA, it says I'm not allowed to?

If you have an idea, it would be great !

Is this a very new account?

Did you create a new, unique ID for a books paid account?

IF you have already downloaded iTunes Producer ( mine) is the the app folder.... OR in iBooks Author when you  select PUBLISH... it auto opens iTunes Producer to prepare your delivery.

Open iTunes Connect - third down on the left = Deliver your Content.  its NOT a screen its an item in a list of tools.

Did  you open a new account for the paid books account?

A lot hit problems thinking the original Apple ID/account  opened when they bought an Apple product for books and apps etc. I did  in the first weeks of iBA for a free books account.. but I think Apple changed requirements.  For paid books Apple require a new account with new and different ID.

IF you did all that, try going to the app folder and opening iTunesProducer top right is your account ID check if its your  book ID.
