Aug 21, 2013 6:31 AM in response to mczapiew13by MartijnFromNLD,On my iMac it happens in Safari, Mail, when switching between 2 desktops. Any app when scrolling through screens with both pictures and text. Only text not so bad, only pictures also not so bad.
Have you tried with USB mouse? In my case that solves it, but that's no real sollution, because I want to use my Magic Trackpad with all the gestures!
I am planning to reinstall OS X. First clean install and testing with Magic Mouse, Magic Trackpad and USB mouse (if necessary). If problem still there: I will return iMac to shop and they can fix it (hopefully). If problem gone after reinstall: Then reinstall and restoring backup from TimeMachine. If problem back after restore, then I need to search wich app is the problem.
But for reinstall I need to plan time, because I need my iMac often!

Oct 31, 2013 1:46 AM in response to Manish Kothariby MBA 4S Pad2,I had exactly the same problem. But now its solved
Running Mavericks on RMBP and Thunderbolt display with bluetooth magic mouse. When scrolling down the Outlook inbox the lists of emails was shaking. (new RMPR2013 model)
I think the fix was a fluke.
In system preferences I opened accessibilty, selected mouse settings, switched scrolling without inertia. Then closed preferences, no change and scrolling was slowed down.
Then re-opened acessibility swicthed inertia back on, and turned up the scrolling speed by one notch and hey presto it was fixed.
All changes to mouse speed were done in accessibilty settings, not mouse settings.
This problem did not occur on my old RMBP/Mountain lion combination

My iMac suddenly started to make all these problems.
What is this file that we deleted and caused this problem.
I thought there was a graphic card problem. I was ready to send iMac to service..
