Jan 6, 2014 12:34 PM in response to myabsleyby Confusuisse,No way ! I tried positevely everything to get WiFi working between my CP900 and my MacBook (10.7.5), updated software, and all the steps described in that post by all of you guys.
Result : My Mac sees the printer but Canon Selphy Photo Print application hangs forever with a screen "impossible to print" "connect printer".
I quit trying, I will just use USB and feel cheated by Canon !
And of course, my iPhone does not see the printer either.
For the sake of experimentation I will try with my Windows station, it may work (but it's useless for me in that configuration).
Cheap and bad written software. Congratulations Canon !

Jan 14, 2015 8:42 PM in response to Confusuisseby davidmaxwaterman,I found the instructions here :
<http://support-sg.canon-asia.com/contents/SG/EN/8201981200.html>
to be effective, particularly step 3-4.
Select the printer named "Canon CP910"(type: "cnybmscp"),
and click [Add]I hadn't previously selected the 'cnybmscp' type, and had been using the printer listed under 'nearby printers' - and that hadn't worked. The cnybmscp printer is listed under the 'Add Other Printer or Scanner...' option when pressing the '+' button - it takes a moment to appear though, and appears below one called 'Bonjour', after about 10 seconds.
I then use iPhoto and select the correct size paper ('L' in my case).
My original issue was that the printer was complaining that the paper and ink sizes were incorrect - but that is misleading, so you can probably ignore that and just try to get the cnybmscp printer set up properly, so that you can select the correct size on the computer's print dialog. Note that, afaik, it is quite difficult to mis-match the ink and paper since they are bought together - you'd kind of have to do it deliberately, unless you have a load of them lying around and aren't organised
