Q: how do i see ipad notes on my pc using icloud

i have icloud on iphone 4s, ipad and pc..I want to transfer ipad notes to both if possible, how do i do that?

iPad, iOS 5.1.1

It is necessary that you set up the same account on all your devices: https://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/
