Oct 27, 2013 8:09 AM in response to TrusteerSupportby MikeChrista,I downloaded Mavericks and then found that I could not log on to my online bank. Disabled Rapport and all worked OK. Then found a newer version of Rapport on the Trusteer website so updated and tried again. Still unable to use my online banking unless I disable Rapport! Tried to go nack to the Trusteer web site to try to find more info or to report the problem and now find that the site does not display at all!! Just get a blank white page.

Oct 30, 2013 5:49 AM in response to MikeChristaby Trusteer Support,Hi MikeChrista,
We’re sorry you encountered issues with Rapport on Mavericks.
The issue you described has been resolved in the latest configuration.
The update should have taken place automatically, in order to confirm this please try manually checking for Rapport updates:
1. Open the Rapport console (open the Apple menu > System preferences > Other > Rapport)
2. Click on "Check for updates now"
3. Force-quit the browser by choosing your Safari menu and clicking on “Quit”, or by pressing CMD+Q.
4. Restart your computer
Please check if the issue recurs.
Should the issue persist, we would be very interested in fixing it. For additional assistance, contact us at http://www.trusteer.com/support/submit-ticket-step-2
Thanks for your cooperation,
Ayala

Oct 31, 2013 4:55 AM in response to Trusteer Supportby MikeChrista,Contacted Trusteer via the above link and 'spoke' to Alina. Very very helpful and ultimately solved the problem. Had to delete all cookies and then it worked. Strange as I had doen that previously and it made no difference. However, I think this is the first time I deleted cookies after the last trusteer rapport update that solved the previous banking logon problems....

Worst software I ever seen in a Mac. Tomorrow I have a group discussion in my MSc, guess if I went to study without my mac... do these ppl actually sell this to banks? Thanks, just pointed me a good place to open a good startup! Rapport ***** big time!!!

Nov 7, 2013 11:50 PM in response to antoniosrferreiraby MikeChrista,It sounds like you have a defect with your Mac or are running something else that clashes with Rapport. I like many other Mac users are running the latest version of Rapport without any problems.

Nov 8, 2013 1:34 PM in response to Trusteer Supportby antoniosrferreira,The problem is: Rapport is being distributed by the your customers on their own sites, thus old versions. If you have your hard drive encripted, the error in previous versions doesnt allow you acess to any update and ultimately you have to erase the hard drive. Thats the problem. Man made, as usual.

Nov 9, 2013 3:12 AM in response to antoniosrferreiraby MikeChrista,Strange that you believe that the fault is caused by 'Rapport's customers' providing out of date software. My understanding is that once installed and configured Rapport will update automatically - and that is what my system did. I guess you must have a non standard set up.
