Q: When I hook up my iTouch 2G to my Dell wdws 7 laptop, my laptop screen turns to huge pixels. No matter how many times I change my screen resolution  in C.Panel (because it always reverts to lowest resolution). Cannot make my resolution adjustment "stick".

Every time I plug in my iTouch 2G my Dell laptop screen suddenly has these huge pixel on it destorting the screen. No matter how many times I correct the pixels back to normal by changing the forced laptop error of 800 x 600 screen resolution back to recommended 1280 x 800 resolution, the  laptop just takes over & displays huge pixels again. It actually made my laptop close down today to where I had to re start it in safe mode. When the screen repeatedly flashes & continues to revert back to the lowest wrong 800 x 600 resolution setting  over & over in one sitting it shuts down my laptop. HELP!   ~Thanks, Vickie
