Q: "Searching..."

Last night while at a friends my phone died and shut off. I walked over and plugged it in and charged it. Turned it back on after about 45 minutes. When i turned it on it booted up fine but the service keeps sitting at "Searching..."  and will not connect to the Cellular Data. I have Verizon.

  So I powered it off thinking it was just a glitch and let it charge more while turned off. Left it off for about an hour and got home and turned it back on. Same thing, still at "Searching..."   I connected to WiFi and sent a few Imessages fine. So the wifi is good. But I cant connect.

I did a few Steps and I just hit another brick wall;

-  I reset the network settings
- I  took the SIM Card out and Left it out for a minute or two and put it back in. Nothing

- I decided to try a hard and full reset, because I saw something online about it being an APP that possibly could have done it. So i figured I'd just wipe the phone completely out and start over. However when I did that, I now cannot even activate the Iphone. It just says "Iphone Servers are Temporarily Unavailable" and fails everytime

I dont know what to do now. Im gonna take it into an apple store but its sunday and i work until 5 so they are gonna be closed when I get out. So i have to go tomorrow but you know how it is. I want my phone fixed now haha. Anyone have any ideas?

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.3
