Q: How do I combine shipments for calendars?

Thanks. I knew this, but I was in fact requesting info about different calendars, from same source to same destination. The shipping cost is 50% of the calendar cost (to Canada) which makes a calendar more expensive than an apple album/book. The company should do something to  fix this.
