Q: Imac

My Imac is only 3 months old and I am having a lot of problems. Either I don't know what I am doing or I just messed everything up. Can I restore to faactory settings? If so, how do I go about it? I can't even download anything for it to open. I am frustrated and tired of crying. Pleaseeeeeeeeee help me someone. Thanks.

Please read the warranty paperwork that came w/your computer.

You have 14 days to return the computer w/no questions asked. Plus you have 90 days of FREE phone tech support on top of your standard 1 year warranty unless you also purchased AppleCare which gives you an additional 2 years of coverage plus FREE phone support.

Strongly suggest that you take FULL advantage of the above before it runs out. Let Apple deal w/the problems.

Thanks soooo much. I have reached out to Apple and they helped me out. Now, I need a watch some videos to get a better understanding......

Thanks soo much for your help. Yes, it is really frustrating not knowing. I am paying close attention and watching the videos like an obedient school child. I dont want to be that frustrated again. Thanks for your help. Much appreciated.
