Q: cannot connect to internet

"cannot connect to communication device", error message. wifi working for other devices so thats not the problem. I have rebooted but still not able to connect. Can anyone help?

    Go up and the 2nd icon to the left of the day and date in the upper menu and click on the Airport Icon and make sure that you are connected to your Network. Restart the computer after you hsve selected the correct Network and it should work fine.

    Thanks for answering. This hasn't solved the problem. I have been connected to the correct network all along.  I have a tablet and phone also connected which work fine. I have had this in the past but by turning airport off and then on again it has solved it.  Not this time though.
