I have the Mac mini (late 2012) 2.3GHz Core i7 model.

Yes, but the correct specification is 1600 MHz.

The 2102 Mini can go to 16 GB, two 8 GB sticks. Macs are picky about memory and a stick rated at a higher speed may not work. Make sure that they say they will work with a Mac
