i am a new user of iphone , i want to know why does youtube stops playing when you switch to another app, why cant it continue playing while we check someother app.

Q: why youtube stops playing when you want to see your facebook status
Probably because Google did not program it to keep running in the background.
Its up to the App developer to provide this functionality.
