Q: I have an iMac with 2.0 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo : 1GB memory : 250 GB hard drive : Made in Oct 2007. I want to increase the memory but I am getting the run around from the dealer saying Apple will not sell me more memory. Is this true?

The US online Apple Store sells RAM for that model; you may find it cheaper to buy from a source such as Crucial or OWC instead.
