I think a better workflow would be to create your xdcam preset in Compressor 4 and choose that option from the Share menu in Final Cut Pro X.
If you don’t already have Compressor on your computer, you can purchase it from the Mac App Store.

Create a Custom Setting in Compressor - see page 34 of the Compressor 4 User Guide
Destination Preferences - refer to this link in the Final Cut Pro X User Guide
Create a New Destination
When you have created your new Destination with the Compressor settings you want, from the Final Cut Pro X menu bar, choose
File > Share
Choose the Compressor Settings Destination you created

Thanks for your reply.
The challenge is that I need to deliver a file with four tracks of audio from roles(stereo with voice over and stereo without voice over).
This is what my TV network requires and there is no way to export anything other than a normal stereo mixdown when you export with a compressor preset.
