I am trying to export an ePub file from a Pages 5.0 document and every time it puts the table of contents on the first page of the ePub document, even though I've inserted it on the third page of my Pages document. Once I tried not inserting a table of contents at all, and it still created a TOC and inserted it on the first page of my ePub. I have the book cover and title page on the first two pages, and do not want the table of contents displaying first. Can someone please help me with this? I can't believe it's impossible not to have the table of contents display first in an eBook/
