Q: How to delete synched photo albums

I mistakenly synched all my iPhotos from my Mac onto my iPhone 4.  My phone memory now is almost delpeted, so I want to delete the albums that were brought in.  When going into "albums" on the phone, there is no option for deleting them.  (It brought in Events and Faces From My Mac).  How do I delete these from the phone?  And what should I be doing differntly when i hook up my phone to my Mac?  Any info is much appreciated.

iPhone 4, iOS 7.0.2

You delete synced photos by syncing again  with iTunes on your Mac.

Only when syncing, deselect all albums, events, faces, ... in the "Photos" tab of the device settings for your iPhone.

To delete synced photos and videos from your device

    1. In iTunes, click the Device button in the upper right corner. (If viewing the iTunes Store, click the Library button in the upper-right corner first.)
    2. Click the Photos tab in the resulting window.
    3. Choose "Selected albums" and deselect the albums or collections you want to delete.
Note: To delete all synced photos, deselect "Sync Photos from" and, when asked, click "Remove photos."
    4. Click Apply.

HI there, I have the same problem but when I go to the Photos tab in iTunes after connecting my iPhone 5 to it, I only get the option of having my photos reserved to my iphone "Sync photos" or not.  I still don't know how to remove any photos/albums on my iPhone that came from my Mac.  This is driving me nuts! I have no memory left on my phone.
