If you are in a country where iTunes purchased music can be redownloaded, and if it's still in your country's store, then you might be able to redownload it via the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your phone (and the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTiunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes). If you aren't in a country where music can be redownloaded then you can try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will grant you a redownload : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
