    You probably have got a Mid 2010 15-inch MacBook Pro, and the log is showing that the NVIDIA GPU is damaged.

     

    Those MacBooks Pro have got a GPU that may cause unexpected restarts, kernel panics, black screens... See > http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4088

     

    Apple is repairing all of these MacBooks for free, so make a backup of your files with Time Machine and take the MacBook Pro to an Apple Store or reseller
