    Hey tayeugenio,

Oh no! I’m sorry to hear that, I bet it is frustrating. Let’s see if we can resolve this. The following article outlines troubleshooting steps for related symptoms, under the “Display” section:

Apple support advised me to do a hard reset when I had the same problem. Hold the home and power button until the apple logo appears. It worked for me is I hope it helps you too!!

    It helped me too!!

My problem was: the whole screen was black, but the phone worked perfectly (apart from the screen).

After HARD RESET (holding home button and lock button at the same time) the Apple logo appeared and all was good.

    Thank you!

Omg!!! I was going through the same problem, although performing, soft and hard reset did not work for me. suddenly I had this thought, I don't know it just came to my mind. So, first charge your iPhone until fully charged 100%. Plug it out, if screen still don't work, then you should completely shut it down. Since the screen doesn't respond to shut down, hold the power button and home button until the apple logo disappears. Don't let go, till you see a blank screen. Then now leave your phone for maybe an hour or so. Turn it back on, and screen works. Hopefully it worked for anyone here going through this issue. This was not in any forum, or article.... Weird I just came up with it, and it worked!!!! oh! And in case the problem comes back, repeat the same steps all over. but after you off, it don't leave for few minutes, try an hour may work. Hope it worked for anyone.
