I synced my home videos to Windows Media Player's library, and now I can't delete them from my iphone 5c. I can watch the videos but no trash can icon appears like with recent videos I've recorded. I've also tried Itunes, but my videos don't show up there -or pictures, as if my iphone is empty (no pictures taken). It shows my cellphone has data accumulated from photos and videos, but can't see any. I've deleted all the home videos I synced to the Windows library but my Iphone is still the same. Help me please.

iPhone 5c, iOS 7.0.4

Let me see if I understand you correctly. You took video with the iPhone and imported them to the computer and you cannot delete them from the phone? Or, you synced videos from the computer to the phone and you want to delete them from the phone and can't? If these are videos in the camera roll, there should be a trash can icon for you to delete them from the camera roll. If these are videos that you synced from the computer to the iPhone, those have to be removed in the same way they were put on, via the sync in iTunes. Just remove the checkmark by what videos to sync, then sync and that will remove them.

That should not. You are in the camera roll on the phone and cannot delete them? If the videos are in the camera roll you should be able to delete them in one of two ways. If you click on the video itself, and it opens on the screen, you should see the trash can in the lower right corner. The other way is if you have the Camera Roll displayed, in the upper right corner should be a Select button. If you tap the select button, it allows you to select more than one video/picture, and then there is a the trash can icon in the lower right corner.

The Video album is just created as a convenience. If you delete the videos in the Camera Roll, they will be deleted from the Video album. However, you should still be able to delete them from the Video album the same way that I described above.

You've added these videos through iTunes photo sync, which means you can only remove them by changing what you are syncing through iTunes.  Video and photo content are handled the same way in this regard.  Note that you don't see the content in iTunes, but you do see your sync settings for Photos to point to the folder that you're syncing to.

Normally you can simply remove the items from the computer's folder that you're syncing to and then re-sync to iTunes to remove the items, but you may have to temporarily change your sync settings to not sync any photos to remove them all from the iPhone, then change your sync settings to once again sync the folder (after removing the items you want removed of course).
