Q: How can I downgrade my icloud storage if I am not using apple products any more?

I no longer have apple products and I keep getting emails from Apple letting me know I am about to be charged a fee for a certain amount of storage. I cant find anyone to contact regarding it and do not have the devices anymore to cancel everything before I am automatically billed.
