    We are fellow users here on these forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple - I've asked the hosts to remove your phone number from your post.

     

    The page that you posted from has info on how to try and locate items. If you can't find them, and you don't have them on any of your backups of your library, then you might be able to redownload some of them via the Purchased tabs in the store apps on your phone, and the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes - but music, films and/or TV programmes can't be redownloaded in all countries, and ringtones are a one-time only download.

     

    If you don't have them on your backup, and you aren't in a country where you can't redownload them, and if they are still in your country's store, then you can try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will grant you a redownload : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
