Hello, my name is Peter Ivanovich Dyachuk, help me with the problem as soon as possible . Apple ID did workers in the U.S. Apple Store for me when I buying iPhone. Neither backup e-mail, or checklists did not ask , anyway I do not remember . About a week ago on the phone there was a message with the request to ask Apple ID password in connection with some sort of security breaches . I do this could not for the reasons described above. I decided to create a new Apple ID and enter it into the iPhone. Select the menu number " Delete settings and content " and clicked «OK». When you try to activate the iPhone, asks the old Apple ID, I enter data and again there is a problem with the violation of the security policy and the proposal to reset the password , which I can not do . Help reset your password or activate the phone .
