Nov 20, 2013 5:39 AM in response to Lepasbeauby Brallen91,weird :S.
Hmnn, have a look at this link:
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5714?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US
Also go to the album itself and see what it says (if you;ve already pre-ordererd etc etc)
If not, give apple a call or an email or however you contact itunes support. (should be on your email receipt)

Read the middle paragraph stating you may not be able to download your pre-order when the regular purchase becomes available.
you've jsut got to wait for the email I'm afriad.
Goes against the point of pre-ordering it seems.... :/

Nov 20, 2013 5:47 AM in response to Brallen91by Lepasbeau,OK thanks but in that case, I would be able to see any of the available titles of this album?
Here I cannot see any of these!
I had new VISA card number between the time I ordered it and the day it was available, maybe this is the problem?

Nov 20, 2013 5:50 AM in response to Lepasbeauby Brallen91,That might be the case actually.
Itunes doesn't take funds out your account straight away, so when it tried to it may have tried to use the old card resulting in nothing.
go to your itunes account and put the correct card in, there might be an outstanding balance on your account if it tried to debit your account with the old defunct card.
You can also go to the 'manage pre orders' section in your account, (link in my first reply)
If it;s not in there it probably didnt work originally and you didnt get charged
