Q: Downloading Rental Movies

I had to stop a download in the middle of the process.  Now I cannot get the system to continue and the download button no longer appears.  The Video sends me to continue to download but ITunes no longer has the download button and so I cannot finish the download.  I've tried to go to the movie on ITunes but all it says is "watch" and when you push that button it goes to video app where it says you need to finish downloading.  Any ideas?

    Hey there cburdett,

It sounds like you are unable to download your rental from iTunes. I would start by restarting your iPad, and then try resuming the interrupted download.

Turn your iOS device off and on (restart) and reset

    Then:

If your download was interrupted using your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

    1. From the Home screen, tap the iTunes app.
    2. For iPhone or iPod touch, tap More > Downloads. For iPad, tap Downloads.
    3. Enter your account name and password if prompted.
    4. Tap the blue download arrow to resume.

    All the very best,
