Q: new find my friends 3 app doesnt work on iphone 4

I own iphone 4 ios 7.04, the new find my friends 3 app doesnt work. my iphone crushes 1 min after and I see the apple logo. please help

iPhone 4, iOS 7.0.4

Double tap Home button, delete Find Friends by swiping UP the app's preview in multitask-list.
Press Home button when finished.
Do a Reset: Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Note: You will not lose any data
Start Find Friends again.

Hi,
I've done that but my iphone freeze just as I tap the app. the app loads and the iphone freeze until it crashes.
I've deleted the app and reinstall but still doesnt work.

Unfortunately it doesnt help. there is no technical solution for my problem.
